🎯 Requirements

Bachelors degree in electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering
10+ years developing hardware for harsh environments
7+ years leading engineering teams
Experience leading engineering leaders
Experience driving hardware development through full lifecycle
Nice to have: Altium and NX experience
