• Define long-term avionics vision, roadmap, and org structure for human-rated spacecraft.
• Build, mentor, and scale a diverse engineering org owning designs end-to-end.

• Provide leadership across architecture, hardware, test strategy, and integration.
• Design, deliver high-reliability avionics for extreme environments and crewed missions.
• Align design criteria with cross-functional teams and verifiable requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in electrical circuit design, analysis, and testing.
• 5+ years engineering leadership with direct responsibility for technical teams.
• Expertise with avionics test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, current probes).
• Experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal PCB design and multi-layer PCBs.
• Proficiency with Altium or similar ECAD tools.
