📋 Description

• Counsel People team on global employment issues, policies, wage/hour compliance.
• Lead global employment disputes and investigations, with outside counsel support.
• Draft and enhance global ethics, compliance and employment policies.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and craft practical solutions.
• Support third-party risk management and due diligence platforms.
• Collaborate with outside counsel on employment, ethics, and compliance matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in labor, employment, ethics & compliance.
• California Bar member or eligible for in-house registration in CA.
• Deep U.S. federal/state employment law expertise.
• Strong business judgment with risk assessment.
• Excellent drafting and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities.
