Director, Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Lead and develop GL accounting, treasury, and technical accounting teams.
• Design and implement accounting policies for US GAAP reporting.
• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close; strengthen controls and reconciliations.
• Serve as in-house US GAAP technical accounting expert.
• Partner with Corp Eng on ERP Oracle Fusion optimization and automation.
• Lead external audit and support M&A activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience; Big 4 and industry preferred.
• Deep technical expertise in US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proven track record shortening close cycles with durable processes.
• SOX experience is a plus.
• A-player mindset with bias for action and ownership.
