🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years leading and scaling ops in large enterprises (>2,000 employees or $500M)
  • Experience in formal enterprise cycles and standardized reporting
  • Hands-on architecting platforms (Zendesk) for enterprise support
  • Experience with Salesforce and Jira
  • Healthcare data interfaces: HL7/837/CCDA; VPN/SFTP, XDS.b/XDM
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
