- 8+ years leading and scaling ops in large enterprises (>2,000 employees or $500M)
- Experience in formal enterprise cycles and standardized reporting
- Hands-on architecting platforms (Zendesk) for enterprise support
- Experience with Salesforce and Jira
- Healthcare data interfaces: HL7/837/CCDA; VPN/SFTP, XDS.b/XDM
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
