- Keep Law Department apprised of material developments in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements
- J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
- 10+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house in technology/internet.
- Experience drafting complex commercial agreements and leading tech licensing negotiations.
- Experience supporting development and launch of new products and services.
- Aptitude to quickly absorb new information and advise senior management.
- Must be admitted to the Virginia bar or eligible for Virginia Corporate Counsel.
