Director, Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead analytics engineering team and roadmap.
• Develop a world-class analytics platform powering data consumption.
• Partner with analysts, engineers, PMs to define data requirements.
• Hands-on data modeling and data product development.
• Set standards for data structure, quality, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as analytics engineer or equivalent.
• Expert SQL, Snowflake data warehouses, and efficient queries.
• Familiar with BI tools (Sigma Computing, Tableau, Mode).
• Expert proficiency with dbt, dbt Cloud, and Airflow.
• Strong analytics engineering lifecycle: modeling, version control, docs, testing, CI/CD.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Fintech experience preferred.
