🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Conversational AI, NLP, or LLM systems.
- Fintech/crypto/trading domain experience preferred.
- 4+ years in senior leadership of AI/tech teams.
- Hands-on NLP, prompt engineering, RAG, and model evaluation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of backend systems, APIs, and data flows.
- Fluent English; Mandarin a plus; excellent cross-functional collaboration.
