📋 Description

  • Develop and execute an integrated global strategy for Affiliate and Broker channels.
  • Design and optimize Broker and Affiliate structures with incentives and API integration.
  • Own P&L and ROI; oversee incentive budgets for partnerships and liquidity deals.
  • Lead drafting and closing of multi-million partnership agreements with media, KOLs, and intermediaries.
  • Strategic lead for B2B brokers/fintechs/white-labels; ensure liquidity and infrastructure are preferred.
  • Maintain gold-standard partner service; resolve bottlenecks swiftly.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in BD/Partnerships/Growth Marketing, incl. 4+ years in Crypto/Fintech.
  • Proven track record managing influencer/affiliate networks and B2B/institutional brokers.
  • Strong API integrations, liquidity provisioning, and blockchain knowledge.
  • Extensive Rolodex of crypto KOLs, media, and broker/fintech decision-makers.
  • Proven success scaling partnership programs from inception to revenue.
  • Excellent professional English; comfortable with creators and C-suite pitches.
