📋 Description

  • Lead industrialization of battery assembly across cell, module, and pack.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Eng.
  • 12+ years in developing, launching, and scaling manufacturing systems.
  • 5+ years in senior leadership with people management.
  • Track record launching products into high-volume manufacturing; batteries preferred.
  • Deep expertise in joining, sealing, precision alignment, automation.
  • Mastery of DOE, SPC, GR&R, Cp/Cpk; 8D/A3/DMAIC problem solving.
  • Experience managing equipment suppliers and FAT/SAT.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
