- Lead a team of ads lawyers for Reddit’s Ads Product, Engineering, and Monetization.
- Counsel C-suite on strategic ads product initiatives (Max, targeting, measurement, safety).
- Advise Ads Policy on scaling across verticals and global markets.
- Develop and drive a global legal strategy and risk framework for ads.
- Prioritize engineering resources for legal initiatives in new markets (DSA/VLOP).

🎯 Requirements
- Lead Ads Product leadership and counsel the C-suite on strategy.
- 12-15+ years practicing law, incl. 7+ years in-house as ads product counsel.
- Deep privacy/data protection expertise (GDPR, ePrivacy, US laws) across ads.
- Strong knowledge of ad tech ecosystems, data flows, and measurement vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; distill complex issues to guidance.
- JD and active bar in at least one US state (in-house counsel where required).
