🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Architecture/CM/Engineering/Urban Planning; Master in Real Estate Development a plus
5–7 years in real estate development, architecture, or related field
Strong development process knowledge: entitlements, design, permitting, construction
Excellent organizational skills; multi-project prioritization
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); MS Project a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders
