🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- 8+ years in top-tier accounting or strategy firm; transactional advisory preferred.
- CPA designation required.
- Strong US GAAP knowledge (ASC 805/810/815/820/606/321/323) and SEC.
- Ability to research issues and prepare memos and presentations.
- SOX experience and ability to implement internal controls.
