Director, Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead a 10-person team across the US and Philippines for GA, Revenue, and A/P.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Legal, Tax, Product, and Eng.
• Develop expertise in products and revenue models; guide complex transactions.
• Strengthen processes and controls for public-company readiness.
• Scale the accounting function to support growth and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years experience, incl. public accounting and publicly traded firms.
• Experience leading distributed and international teams at scale.
• Operational accounting; drive process improvements; Netsuite experience; AI.
• Strong internal controls and SOX knowledge.
• US GAAP fluency; CPA preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional influence.
• Balance operational rigor with strategic thinking for scale.
