📋 Description

• Set and lead multi-year Accounting strategy with a scalable operating model.
• Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team.
• Own the accuracy and timeliness of close processes and AP workflows.
• Identify efficiency gains via streamlined processes and AI-driven automation.
• Drive public-company readiness, internal controls, SOX, and audit prep.
• Partner on scalable product and revenue initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 to 15+ years of accounting experience, including public firm and public company exposure.
• Experience leading distributed and international teams building scalable, high-performing orgs.
• Strong operational accounting with process improvements and systems selection (NetSuite); AI interest.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX requirements.
• US GAAP fluency; CPA preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional influencing.
• Balance of operational rigor and strategic thinking for long-term scalability.
