- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) or sales enablement tools.
- Comfortable in dynamic, ambiguous environments and processes.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with an upbeat attitude.
- Proficient in English; multilingualism preferred.
- Experience using AI to streamline account management is a plus.
