  • Strong understanding of financial services and payments, including cross-border payments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) or sales enablement tools.
  • Comfortable in dynamic, ambiguous environments and processes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with an upbeat attitude.
  • Proficient in English; multilingualism preferred.
  • Experience using AI to streamline account management is a plus.
