  • Lead Account Management pod; manage Tier 1 ecosystem partners.
  • Represent the practice and optimize management processes.
  • Drive strategic engagement with regulated asset issuers, banks, and payment providers.
  • Grow tokenized RWAs; increase AUM, TVL, and MAUs.
  • Expand payments, wallet adoption, and MAAs.
  • Cross-functional execution with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering; educate partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in BD or account mgmt in financial services or asset mgmt
  • Deep knowledge of traditional asset lifecycle: issuance, custody, trading
  • Blockchain and asset tokenization knowledge
  • Proven ability to manage institutional partnerships and regulatory navigation
  • Strategic thinking to identify opportunities in blockchain and partner needs
  • Strong communication to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bonus: securities/compliance knowledge and familiarity with Stellar ecosystem
