📋 Description

  • Own EMEA ADR end-to-end: pipeline, forecasting, and KPIs.
  • Lead a tenured management bench across the region.

🎯 Requirements

  • Second-line leadership in ADR/SDR/BDR; managed managers.
  • Ownership of an EMEA or multi-market region: UK and at least one continental European market.
  • Track record of consistent pipeline attainment across multiple periods.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills; data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent cross-functional credibility with AE leadership, revenue ops, and enablement.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to London, with ability to be in the UK office three days per week.
