Director, Access & Reimbursement – Rare Disease

📋 Description

• Lead and execute access and reimbursement strategy aligned with BridgeBio objectives
• Provide strategic direction for provider-facing reimbursement and access support
• Identify access challenges across payer environments and drive compliant solutions
• Serve as senior SME on payer coverage, prior authorization, appeals, and reimbursement pathways
• Lead, coach, and develop ARD team; establish performance expectations and professional development
• Ensure consistent execution of access processes, tools, and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-10+ years in biotech/pharma on reimbursement/market access
• Experience leading field-based ARD/reimbursement teams
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payer environments (commercial/government)
• Experience with specialty pharmacies and patient services hubs
