🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA or postgraduate qualification an advantage.
7–10 years in investment markets, with at least 5 years in senior management.
Understanding of OTC derivatives (e.g., CFDs) and equities.
Track record leading a unit with significant financial and operational responsibilities.
Ability to build relationships with regulators, investors, and clients.
Fluency in English.
