- Hands-on content creation on 2+ platforms
- Design experience with Canva, Adobe CS, or Figma
- Proven writing with clear, compelling copy
- Strong visual storytelling: design, motion, copy synergy
- Curious, experiment-driven mindset with willingness to test ideas
