π― Requirements
- 7+ years in direct response marketing; 5+ years in direct mail; $20M+ spend
- Deep experience leading in-house direct mail with data strategy
- Strong command of direct mail economics (CPP, print, postage)
- Track record of owning creative strategy with rigorous testing and learning agendas
- Senior IC with autonomous strategy, hands-on, and results
- Executive presence to influence leaders and align cross-functional teams
- Fintech or Insurtech background strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel and ability to work with AI tools (Hex, Claude, Gemini)
- Excited to build a program from scratch in a fast-paced startup
