  • Design and own the end-to-end direct mail strategy with a 60-day scale plan

  • Define send volumes and cadence; track KPIs and optimize performance

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in direct response marketing; 5+ years in direct mail; $20M+ spend
  • Deep experience leading in-house direct mail with data strategy
  • Strong command of direct mail economics (CPP, print, postage)
  • Track record of owning creative strategy with rigorous testing and learning agendas
  • Senior IC with autonomous strategy, hands-on, and results
  • Executive presence to influence leaders and align cross-functional teams
  • Fintech or Insurtech background strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel and ability to work with AI tools (Hex, Claude, Gemini)
  • Excited to build a program from scratch in a fast-paced startup
