Follow a written plan of care by an RN to provide personal care and companionship.
Help with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily tasks.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation to support the home.
Support mobility, transfers, ROM exercises, and safe ambulation.
Provide medication reminders and coordinate with the care team for patient safety.
