During Load-out: unpack dining room and pack into road cases
Supervise hot and cold food sections; may involve serving
Clean all surfaces and stock coffee, tea and self-service items
Write Menu and Allergens; maintain bain-marie and chiller levels
Maintain daily shopping list and clean dining surfaces between services

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2 years dining room experience
Catering experience an asset
Talent in aesthetic presentation
Welcoming and warm personality
Flexibility and resourcefulness; English essential
Available to travel 100% of the time
