Plumbing VDC Coordinator - Medellin

• Work within the Revit/Navisworks environment to produce constructive and cost-effective 3D models for prefabrication and field installation
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals
• Assist in Survey/Field Layout under the direction of the lead field layout engineer
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, superintendents, and clients to create a cohesive construction plan and support field operations
• Perform clash detection and coordinate duct and pipe routing with other trades to eliminate field installation issues
• Prepare coordination, fabrication, and installation of PDF drawings derived from the 3D model
• Prepare Bill of Materials for material ordering
• Problem solves difficult construction-related coordination and schedule issues

• You possess a strong breadth of experience and demonstrated ability in plumbing BIM/VDC (two+ years preferred)
• You have proficient ability to use Autodesk Revit, Autodesk CAMduct, Autodesk Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite
• You pay attention to detail and are committed to quality
• You have superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record to take the initiative and build strong, productive relationships
• You have a proven track record of trying and learning new things
