  vehicle to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational readiness.

• Masterthe

  craft: Load and unload materials usingthe
  knuckle boom with precision, ensuring proper securing and handling to prevent damage and demonstrate operational excellence.

• Optimize performance: Assess and optimize load distribution to enhance vehicle performance, safety, and efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement: Identify and propose new insights and improvements to business practices, fostering a culture of innovation and curiosity.

• Collaborate relentlessly: Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to sharebest

  practices and enhance operational efficiency.

• Supportthe

  team: Work closely with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and other team members to coordinate deliveries and service requests, especially during peak periods and Saturdays.

• Embody teamwork: Support colleagues in achieving team goals and living our core value of teamwork through your daily actions.

• Document with precision: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and maintenance as required by company policy and regulatory standards.

• Have roll off or waste industry experience and understandthe

  demands ofthe
  business

• Are physically fit to performthe

  job, which requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds (you will be exposed to a physical environment outdoors in various weather conditions, which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most ofthe
  workday)

• Have a Class A or B CDL license for over 5 years and understand that while you'll be home every night,the

  days can be long

  vehicle out onthe
  road and upon return
