🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS in Design or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in digital or design teams.
- Experience with distributed or remote teams.
- Practitioner of product-led growth techniques.
- UX research and design within iterative development.
- Strong typography, layout, grid systems, and color theory.
- Basic CS concepts; familiarity with front-end basics.
- Portfolio or case studies showing T-shaped skills.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
