- Experience with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and stakeholders
- Experience with manufacturing operations
- Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines for cross-functional teams
- Interpersonal, written and verbal communication; ability to run meetings and exec-level presentations
- Nice to have: Lean/Six Sigma; Agile and/or Scrum; PMP
