- Lead IT onboarding calls; guide Day 1 setup and access config.
- Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, patch management).
- Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM) and Freshworks.
- Identity management with users/groups; hardware procurement.
