Lead technical discovery to understand customer requirements and challenges.
Own technical validation activities such as proofs-of-concept, RFP/RFI and solution design.
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear outcome-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain reusable demo assets, scripts, and reference designs.
Stay current on Cloudflare products, Internet technologies, and competitive landscape.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in technical presales, solutions engineering, consulting, or related role.
Strong knowledge of HTTP/S, DNS, TLS, networking concepts, APIs.
Experience with Zero Trust frameworks, SASE architectures, or cloud security platforms.
Hands-on experience with scripting or development (Python, JavaScript, Go) and comfortable with APIs/CLIs.
Proven ability to engage directly with customers; running demos, whiteboarding solutions, and handling objections.
Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.
