🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years customer service experience.
• Typing at least 40 wpm and tech proficiency.
• Reliable internet: 20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up.
• Private, dedicated workspace free from distraction.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
