• Answer incoming chats (up to 3 at a time)
• Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase
• Engage with manager/team in a virtual work environment
• Provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Maintain high performance metrics including revenue per call and availability

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years minimum customer service experience
• Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
• Reliable internet connection with speeds of 20 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up
