📋 Description

  • Deliver seamless account activation, including software/hardware setup and credentials.

  • Coordinate product shipments to meet SLA and confirm customer receipt.

🎯 Requirements

  • English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Strong communication across phone, email, and video.
  • Strong problem-solving, service mindset, and organization.
  • Preferred: experience onboarding SaaS/digital tools in fast-paced settings.
