🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in site merchandising or digital commerce (D2C/Home dΓ©cor preferred).
  • Data-driven: identify and resolve data gaps; ensure high-quality data.
  • Hands-on with Shopify and Constructor (or similar tools).
  • Proficiency in Airtable and Asana; Confluence/JIRA a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on CVR, AOV, and revenue influence.
  • High taste level; strong copy and imagery; self-starter with curiosity.
