  • Setup, launch, and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google/Microsoft Ads.
  • Manage audience segmentation, campaign structure, budgets, and creative rotation.
  • Optimize campaigns to drive ROI based on performance data.
  • Upload and manage ad creative, copy variations, and assets.
  • Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and formats; report findings.
  • Support landing pages in Drupal CMS; QA and tracking alignment.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards showing Paid Media performance; inform ongoing optimization.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing (B2B).
  • Hands-on with paid social and/or paid search platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
  • Experience with targeting, bidding, budgets, and creative testing.
  • Comfort with data and performance metrics; turning insights into optimizations.
  • Experience updating landing pages in a CMS (Drupal preferred).
  • Fluency in English and eligibility to work in India.
