π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1β2 years in digital marketing, social media, or paid advertising
- Hands-on experience with social platforms and paid ad managers (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
- Basic understanding of digital analytics and performance reporting
- Experience with CMS, CRM, or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, SFDC) is a plus
- Strong written communication and analytical mindset
