  • Own and optimize paid media across social, search, and SEO.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • Build CAC, ROAS, and LTV models across channels.
  • Lead email lifecycle campaigns (nurture, onboarding, re-engagement).
  • Partner with Data/Engineering for clean data flows and reliable execution.
  • Own martech integrations and workflows (ESP, CRM, CDP, analytics).

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing ops.
  • Strong data or analytics background (BI, economics, or eng).
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, email ops, and SEO.
  • Advanced analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
  • Experience designing structured experimentation programs.
  • Proficiency with GA4, GTM, ad platforms, ESPs, and BI tools.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills; SQL familiarity.
