🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on experience running digital channels β€” SEO, email, paid social/search, content β€” with owned performance metrics.
  • Fluency in analytics: build dashboards, interpret funnel data, and distinguish signal from noise without relying on a data team.
  • Strong copywriting for digital contexts β€” you know how to write for a technically literate audience.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tooling (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • High autonomy β€” you know what to look at next without being told.
  • Bonus: experience marketing a technical or open-source product and remote-first teams.
