- Hands-on experience running digital channels β SEO, email, paid social/search, content β with owned performance metrics.
- Fluency in analytics: build dashboards, interpret funnel data, and distinguish signal from noise without relying on a data team.
- Strong copywriting for digital contexts β you know how to write for a technically literate audience.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tooling (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- High autonomy β you know what to look at next without being told.
- Bonus: experience marketing a technical or open-source product and remote-first teams.
