  • 5+ years of B2B inside sales; at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding SMB/high-volume revenue targets
  • Experience managing SDR and/or Inside Sales AEs in the China market
  • Deep understanding of the Greater China SMB landscape and dynamics
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
  • Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written); English for regional reporting
