- Own digital events calendaring, scope needs, drive impact
- Partner with Operations to gather event requirements and optimize audience experience
- Set up and configure webinars on our digital platform(s)
- Ensure on-time, quality delivery of digital events and deliverables
- Generate event reports, analyze performance, share insights with stakeholders
- Develop hypotheses and run experiments to improve registrations and engagement
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3-5 years in digital events and webinar marketing
- Deep understanding of B2B webinar best practices
- Proficiency with webinar hosting platforms and tools, as well as CRM and marketing automation platforms, including ON24, Zoom Webinar, Marketo, and Salesforce
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work across functions and regions, building strong stakeholder relationships
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills
