📋 Description

• Support day-to-day development and operations of the corporate site.
• Maintain WordPress on WP Engine; update themes/plugins.
• Implement frontend and backend enhancements using PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Monitor performance, Core Web Vitals, and uptime; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with releases, deployments, and testing with stakeholders/agencies.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, UX, Analytics, and paid media teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in website development/operations with WordPress.
• Hands-on WordPress: themes, plugins, security practices.
• Familiar with WP Engine hosting and deployment workflows.
• Strong frontend and backend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
• Exposure to Google Tag Manager and GA4 analytics.
• Knowledge of performance, SEO basics, and accessibility.
