🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in digital/web design with UX/UI principles.
• Expert in Figma, design tokens, component libraries, and design systems.
• Experience with CMS design systems in Contentful or Webflow.
• Portfolio showing strong visual craft across web and email.
• Typography, layout, visual hierarchy; responsive design across screens.
• Comfortable giving/receiving feedback in a fast-paced environment; rapid iteration.
