Manage the CDE and document control across projects.
Act as the primary digital delivery contact for projects in Germany & the Netherlands.
Audit information management by lead party, designer and contractors in ACC.
Monitor ISO 19650 compliance and Goodman information standards.
Lead meetings, workshops and updates with stakeholders and clients.
Drive continuous improvement of information management processes at Goodman.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years' international BIM delivery; Digital Delivery/BIM Lead or Manager.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients and BIM experts.
ISO 19650 knowledge; COBie, Uniclass, Uniformat familiarity.
Proficient with CDE platforms; experience with ACC docs, Built and cost management.
Revit; Navisworks and/or Solibri proficiency.
M365 tools (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) and data management principles; English plus location-based languages.
