- ISO 19650, COBie, Uniclass, Uniformat knowledge.
- Proficiency with ACC docs, built, and cost modules.
- Proficiency in Revit; Navisworks and/or Solibri.
- M365 (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate); English + Dutch or German.
