  • Hands-on with digital CX tools, including FAQ management and email automation.
  • Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency in UX Writing.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools (a plus).
  • Excellent English (verbal/written); strong conflict resolution and prioritization.
