- Manage ~100 enterprise accounts across Americas and EMEA using Planhat.
- Drive adoption and retention with data-driven digital campaigns.
- Conduct virtual check-ins and adoption reviews; limited on-site visits.
- Monitor health scores, usage data and renewal risk with Planhat.
- Collaborate with AMs and Field Marketing to support renewals and growth.
- Identify growth signals and surface upsell opportunities.
π― Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success or related role in SaaS.
- Experience managing a large portfolio and prioritising for scale.
- Hands-on with CS platforms (Planhat, Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango).
- Data-driven; able to interpret usage data to drive decisions.
- Excellent English; additional languages (French, German, Italian) a plus.
- Able to work across multiple time zones (EMEA & AMER); evening hours may apply.
