  • Manage ~100 enterprise accounts across Americas and EMEA using Planhat.
  • Drive adoption and retention with data-driven digital campaigns.
  • Conduct virtual check-ins and adoption reviews; limited on-site visits.
  • Monitor health scores, usage data and renewal risk with Planhat.
  • Collaborate with AMs and Field Marketing to support renewals and growth.
  • Identify growth signals and surface upsell opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or related role in SaaS.
  • Experience managing a large portfolio and prioritising for scale.
  • Hands-on with CS platforms (Planhat, Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango).
  • Data-driven; able to interpret usage data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent English; additional languages (French, German, Italian) a plus.
  • Able to work across multiple time zones (EMEA & AMER); evening hours may apply.
