  • 2โ€“5 years in Customer Success or related SaaS role
  • Experience with pooled/digital CS models
  • Strong SaaS lifecycle concepts, metrics, and retention signals
  • Strong analytics to interpret usage data and segment customers
  • Comfortable with CRM/CS platforms and data systems
  • Familiarity with automation and engagement tools (emails, in-app, webinars)
