- 2โ5 years in Customer Success or related SaaS role
- Experience with pooled/digital CS models
- Strong SaaS lifecycle concepts, metrics, and retention signals
- Strong analytics to interpret usage data and segment customers
- Comfortable with CRM/CS platforms and data systems
- Familiarity with automation and engagement tools (emails, in-app, webinars)
