  • Track performance and identify optimizations

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years in CS, CS Ops, Marketing Ops, or digital campaigns
  • Strong written English and customer-facing comms
  • High attention to detail; comfortable with systems and rules
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns with deadlines
  • Gainsight experience preferred, not required
  • Demonstrates strong platform-learning capability
