๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Serve as trusted technical advisor to Enterprise customers across lifecycle.
  • Deliver onboarding and ensure customers realize value from Cloudflare.
  • Advise on technical best practices and scalable solutions via events and 1:1 engagements.
  • Collaborate with CSMs, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to implement solutions.
  • Create and deliver technical workshops and content for customers.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and retention proactively.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages preferred.
  • 6+ years of post-sales customer relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of OSI, TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and HTTP.
  • Experience with reverse and forward proxies and their applications.
  • Security: Firewalls, WAFs, Bot Management, Rate Limiting, (M)TLS, Zero Trust.
  • Performance: Speed, Latency, Caching, HTTP/2, TLSv1.3.
