📋 Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Meet or maintain SLAs and production standards.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues using the knowledge base and resources.
  • Communicate with customers with empathy and build rapport.
  • Research and resolve complex issues; escalate when necessary.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of iOS and Windows PC environments.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk); Google Suite knowledge.
